Wild Things Brewing

Wild Things Brewing was established in 2024, founded by two mates with backgrounds in hospitality, brewing, and culinary arts. We gypsy brew our beers at various locations throughout Victoria, prioritising the use of locally sourced and foraged fruits and ingredients in our fruited creations, while highlighting the epic flavour profiles of New Zealand hops in our other brews.

NZ Lager | 4.1%

Notes of Lemon citrus from late additions of NZ Motueka and Lemon drop hops. Pine resin on the nose, light body with a super dry finish. Created as the ultimate refreshment!

Nectaron X•P•A | 4.4%

Super tropical, dry hopped Extra Pale Ale. Loaded with notes of pineapple, passionfruit & Stone fruit thanks to multiple additions of NZ Nectaron hops. Medium bodied and the perfect beer no matter the season!

E•S•B | 4.9%

Our Extra Special Bitter combines NZ Rakau hops with East Kent Goldings to create a traditional style English Ale with a Kiwi twist. Balanced bitterness and full bodied with a backbone of biscuit & bread. Brewed seasonally to be enjoyed from Autumn to Spring.

Tangelo Gose | 4%

Bucket loads of hand pressed Tangelos & Blood oranges give this salty sour a huge fruit hit! Super refreshing and so morish you’ll be knocking them back all night!

Goodness Stout | 4.2%

Easy drinking stout brewed with roasted & rolled barley, sacks of oats and a hint of chocolate, NZ Southern Cross hops balance out the sweet with a touch of bitter.

Bloody Plum Sour | 4%

Kettle soured and flavoured with organic, whole, blood plums grown in the Yarra Valley. Over 100kg of fruit went into this 500L limited release sour beer giving a tree load of flavour and a stunning natural colour. Tart, refreshing and effervescent.
